Official Launch

The Mayor of the Borough of Broxtowe (2004/05), Councillor Christine Wombwell officially launched the Stapleford website on Tuesday 22nd March 2005 at a double event which also introduced the latest Action Plan for the regeneration of the town centre.

The event took place at the Tile Warehouse Nottingham, 131 Derby Road, Stapleford at 6pm. Guests included representatives from the Town and Borough Councils, Stapleford businesses, local community groups and local schools.
